I keep having to explain the same thing, over and over, without irritation! People don’t want to hear that I’ve already told them four, five, six times! They just want me to tell them again, so they don’t have to think, and they don’t have to remember, and I’m just expected to be nice about it!!

You already told me this a buncha times…
